Go Tell Fire to the Mountain

The four WU LYF band members – recorded the album in St Peter’s Church, a disused church in the Ancoats area of Manchester. Setting up on the middle of the huge, Venetian-style building, the band played every day, day and night, for three weeks to capture the raw, live sound of this selfproduced record, before taking it to Glasgow to be mixed by Paul Savage. The result is 10 tracks of huge, uncompromising Heavy Pop.
