La Sabouteuse Remix edition

'La Saboteuse - Remixed' is the four-track EP from Yazz Ahmed, following up Ahmed's acclaimed 'La Saboteuse' LP, one of The Vinyl Factory's favourite albums of 2017.

'La Saboteuse - Remixed' brings together three of Europe's eminent electronic DJs with re-imaginations of 'The Lost Pearl', 'Jamil Jamal' and 'Al Emadi' by DJ Khalab, and Blacksea Não Maya and Plimmer. As the remixers throw fresh shades on 'The Lost Pearl', 'Jamil Jamal' and 'Al Emadi' from 'La Saboteuse', 'Spindrifting' closes out the EP.

Ahmed herself teams up with 'La Saboteuse' producer Noel Langley for 'Spindrifting', described by Naim Records as "a rich, dark tapestry of timbres and moods, almost orchestral in places... It intriguingly points to one of several possible future directions that Ahmed might take with her next full release."
