A Queens Ransom (Aka International Assassin) [E Tan Qun Ying Hui] (Eureka Classics)

George Lazenby, Angela Mao and Jimmy Wang Yu star in this action thriller written and directed by Ting Shan-Hsi. With Queen Elizabeth II due to arrive in Hong Kong for a state visit, an international gang of assassins led by Irish terrorist Morgan (Lazenby) plot her death. However, when one of the team visits an escort who learns of the threat and reports it to the police, they spring into action.

Meanwhile, a large group of refugees is seeking sanctuary in the city and as the police, the assassins, the refugees and the Queen are drawn together, the full extent of everyone's motivations becomes clear. The cast also includes Bolo Yeung, Ko Chun-Hsiung and Charles Heung.
