Feature-length spin-off of the children's TV series starring Jack Wild as Jimmy, a boy who uses a magic flute to escape to a fantasy island of magic, music and castles inhabited by friendly dragon H. R. Pufnstuf (Roberto Gamonet) and two little ants called Cling (Joy Campbell) and Clang (Angelo Rossitto) among many other fantastical creatures. But it turns out that a young witch called Witchiepoo (Billie Hayes) has set her sights on Jimmy's magic flute, and will stop at nothing to get hold of it.

Can Jimmy and his new friends outwit her, and make sure that Jimmy will be able to get home?
