A Lyric of the Fairy Land

This little book is a collection of poetry written by the well known Arthur Edward Waite, of Rider-Waite tarot deck fame. One of the works here takes the form of a play, of sorts, setting and all, entitled "The Hearts Tragedy in Fairyland." Much of the lore here deals with the concept of mortality, overlapping it with the progression of the four seasons. At most times, the poetry is theatrically magical in nature, and quite well written. Waite is also known for compiling older, fairy-related poetic and prose works.
