Progress City

20 year old Khai is just an average super powered thief living in a small village, stealing whatever looks nice to her. She has a great heart, constantly helping the kids in a massive orphanage that she herself came from. When given an opportunity to get a part time job as a busser in the futuristic metropolis called Progress City, she takes it and finds out how she fits nowhere in the mix of society as she knows very little of technology. As she tries adapt, the tension between the normal humans and the gifted humans becomes worse. Riots start to break out, and a new prison called a gifted reformatory is made to enslave the gifted. Khai has a gift, but out of fear, she never shows it in public, as there would be consequences. Will Khai suck up to society or will she rebel against it?
