The Nature of Dreams

The brain is the center of interconnection of all neurons and allows us to execute physical actions through the body. The spirit is the energy that we really are, and it represents the magnetic energy that drives all the neural activities of the electronic body. The brain places still images on a screen; and sequentially these images, is what creates the sensation of movement; and an animated story is formed. A story that may be logical with respect to the brain but is absurd with respect to our spiritual world. Therefore, dreams achieved when we are completely asleep are meaningless in our physical world. In this book, what we try to do is to use this phenomenon, in order to consciously put in order the images of what we want to project on the screen of our mind; and to form a story that is useful to solve our psychological problems. To achieve this, we will need to control the edge of sleep; that is, to know that we are awake while our body remains asleep. And by placing these images in order, we will have the sensation that we are traveling in time.
