The Chinese use a wide variety of measures to control nations around the world. These include but are not limited to deadly outbreaks, Debt Traps, supply chain control, technology theft, currency devaluation and other measures which enslave a nation. Even the United States of America (USA) becomes the United Socialist Republic (USR).

In this novel, the Chinese develop a virus for use against government leaders of key counties to complete their global Communist Empire. The story details the development, manufacture, testing and use of a virus 50-times more lethal than the Wuhan virus which killed over 6-million people.

The development of a special cellphone as the delivery means for the virus is detailed so the reader can appreciate the cunning behind a Communist regime. In the end, a small group of Americans in exile at a small Micronation colony in Bermuda, hatch a plan to use cellphones to bring down China.
