In April 2011, I was hurled into the American mental health system. This book is both a memoir of my life thus far and my commentary on the mental health system. It is a broken and flawed system that needs major change and reform. I encourage professionals to read this memoir to get a better understanding of a patient's perspective. Anyone can benefit from reading about my unique experience. I have some great ideas on how to fix the broken system.
