The Chava Diamond Chronicles

In this second installment of the planned four sequences, Chava Diamond, world-renowned writer, is being notified that her British fans voted for her to receive the prestigious British literary award for crime fiction writing called the Crossbow and Blade Award. Arriving in London two days prior the award ceremony (which was to take place in Scotland), Chava and Angela participate in the famous Jack the Ripper Tour. During the walking tour, Chava encounters a strange phenomenon that she could not forget nor shake off. In a brief visit to the New Scotland Yard, she meets a visiting Swedish detective, Sven Lindstrom, who immediately makes a big impression on Chava. Arriving in Balmoral Castle in Scotland, her encounter with people from the past continues, and after receiving her award, strange occurrences began to happen, including attempts on her life and her rescue by unidentifiable persons. Are they ghosts at work in the castle? Chava has no choice but to assist the British police and Sven in solving the murders that took place only doors from her own room--and which Angela was first accused of committing. Startling discoveries follow, and Chava unintentionally solves the mystery of Jack the Ripper. In the process and with some help from beyond, she reveals the identity of the copycat killer who imitated Jack the Ripper's work under investigation by the New Scotland Yard. Would she get help from her "friends" from Whitechapel to write the story of the murdered women? Would she and Sven find a way to meet again? She could only hope.
