In this sequel to The Ghost of Port Chicago, Ex Provost Marshall and decorated Army veteran Evielynne Gastineau is now a civilian working for millionaire gamer, Simon O'Sullivan, as his company's Security Director. When the Army buddy she rescued in the Sand Box calls for help, she comes to the rescue once again.

Seeing a way to liven up his real world for a change, Geeky computer wizard Simon insists on lending a hand with Evie's rescue plan. They end up embroiled in a kidnapping, industrial espionage, and a race to save the life of an innocent woman.
