5S Map Enna 1st edition

This form has two main purposes during your 5S program. Initially the 5S Map is to provide a current state of a specific area targeted for your 5S effort. Furthermore, the 5S Map form should be utilized to document the new current state at the end of the workshop. It provides a birdâ??s eye perspective of the area to communicate to others outside the workshop the progress taken at just a glance. Using this form assists in solidifying a strong 5S program.
