In Conversations with My Reflection, we meet Kate. Kate's perception of herself and the challeneges she faces with liking her image is something so many of us can relate to. After years of being hurtful and unkind to herself, her reflection has had enough. Her voice finally breaks through the noise and turmoil of Kate's mind and she stands before her, making it clear it is time to make a healthy change.



We follow Kate on her journey of disliking who she is, what she looks like and how she lives her life, to discovering she is the beautiful, extraordinary and incrediable woman she has always dreamed of being.
