In Searching God

This book is the story of one man's spiritual journey and struggle for the freedom. It is a fascinating account of the debates with a group of prominent intellectuals about God, religion, the birth of the universe, the origin of life alongside a struggle for freedom that spanned a quarter of a century. The true story begins with his childhood with its innocent questions, thoughts and beliefs. It continues through periods of agonising doubts and uncertainties before coming to climax of his spiritual convictions at a time of revolutionary changes and turmoil. It refers to a bitter reality that, throughout the history of Man, those in power had neither the time nor desire to search for answers or care for the Truth. They were too busy using religions in general and God specifically to terrorise people, and to control, use and exploit them. In the name of God they robbed people with taxes, and demanded gifts and sacrifices. In the name of God they committed unbelievable atrocities, murders, genocides, rapes, plunder and destruction. In the name of God and religions; tyrants have justified their crimes against humanity and it will continue to be the case generation after generation.
