Elizabeth Lynelle Tayten is eighteen years of age. She's young, fierce, and the ringleader of a small carnival in Coney Island, New York. Something else about Elizabeth, she too, is a freak. Better known as the Wolf Girl, Elizabeth has tried to make the most of being different from everyone else she's ever grown up around. But, one thing she has always longed for, is to be accepted by someone special and to have a family of her own. Thinking it as just a pipe dream, a chance meeting with a handsome wealthy carnival attendee sends Elizabeth on an emotional rollercoaster ride that makes her question everything she's ever known or thought possible. Will this potential lover finally be what Elizabeth has longed for? Or will it only end in breaking her heart even further, and send her down a much darker sinister path?
