LT. Matt Westin is a young navy lieutenant serving aboard the submarine USS Florida, who suddenly gets teamed up with a group of scientists working with the National Security Agency. Computer based attacks rob our nations citizens daily and an international race for quantum computers will determine the winner. With our Nation's interests under siege Matt Westin joins forces with Major Constance Brooks, a technology expert with the Air Force and together they end up becoming entangled in mystery, love, adventure and the need to serve their country.
