Seedlings is a touching story of an American family over the course of forty years. Each chapter is a snapshot in life?s photo album. Told through the eyes of the family patriarch, William Carter, each chapter introduces one of the fruit of the Spirit that serves as a point along the timeline and as a lesson for growth of character as he seeks God?s guidance in leading his family. Doug Carr is the founder of Seedlings Family Resources?a forthcoming e-commerce bookstore specializing in books and products that support the closeness of the family. Carr, who holds a BA in Elementary Education and a MA in Educational Leadership has served as an elementary school teacher and as a school administrator. He currently lives in Virginia with his wife Janet and their two sons, Hudson?age four and Cooper?age three.
